ROM Hack Question Is there any way to apply this mod to Sonic Mania for the Switch?

I found this camera mod for Sonic Mania on Github that I'd like to use but I've never modded or patched anything on the Switch before and I'm not even sure this could work for the Switch version of Sonic Mania. Could anyone help me and give some advice?

All that I can find on Gamebanana is for the PC version only.

This won't work. It's to use with Windows only. Maybe based on repo there can be somehow done on exefs, but don't count on me.

Is there a way to put mods for SM on Switch then? Given the proper files and such?
