I don't speak Portuguese, but that guide looks horribly outdated and likely unsafe. This is why you should never follow YouTube guides. http://3ds.hacks.guide/ has translations in many languages so there is no excuse.
You'll have to explain exactly what you did, and what problem you are having.

I entered a mode required by the music application
"made" the backup
I downloaded a bootable file called "outherapp" from my version
downgraded the console
I went to restore the backup with the unlock file
and he doesn't boo again

Not surprised you get that. A9LH is horribly outdated. Downgrading was quite risky and is not needed to cfw a console anymore.

Just out of curiosity @leodehn, can you please tell us what your thought processes were when you decided what to do to CFW your console? I just find it weird how people know to come here to ask questions yet somehow they miss all the links to https://3ds.guide which are absolutely everywhere, in nearly every thread. I would have thought if you use a video guide it was because you didn't find this place, so didn't know about the guide and thought the video was the right option.
