Homebrew Question ppsspp fps drops

ehy guys im using ppsspp (of course using a game, not album mode or nsp) ans i have same slow fps in some point in my games, im using rendering 3x and i dont find big difference using 1x o 5x, there is something that i can do to play more smooth or not?

Well, i personally DO notice majore differences when changing res scale... Even jumping from 1x to 2x for many games you will need OC to sustain full speed, let alone 3x and above.
Nothing you can do to "make games run smooth" except for overclocking and resolution change. I mean, you can also go and play in lakka.

Use google for that, i'm not gonna write an article explaining what and how to use. I answered your question regarding ways of improving performance in PPSSPP.
Specifically google "sys-clk switch" and "lakka switch" and read.
