So a while ago I hacked my switch, I set up an EmuNand partition thing with Atmosphere and added some homebrew apps like Tinfoil as well as Incognito. I also installed like 2 NSPs but never opened the games.
I wanted to know if I could delete all traces of the cfw and its apps so I can use my switch normally and play online without getting banned. (I assume I haven't been baned as I my switch has been on airplane mode since it was hacked)
Are there any up to date guides on how to do this? I have a backup I made before hacking but I don't know how to restore it and take everything off the console.

If you used Emunand and didn't touch your Sysnand you should be able to just take the SD card out and boot normally, then when you want to play with CFW again, just pop it back in. That's what I do. If you mod Emunand your not really modding your console at all, you are modding a copy of your nand and booting with the copy instead. The only thing modded in your system is autorcm if you installed it. As long as Emunand stayed offline, or had 90dns or incognito you should be fine.

If you never booted CFW on sysNAND or messed with the sysNAND contents it should still be clean. If you did, the only way to make it 100% clean again is with a NAND backup.
