What, the characters? Neither.
Unzip the file, backup your save data, open Slot00 (or whatever number it is) with Falo's save editor, go to Roster, click on the specific unit in the list, then click on 'Import' near the top of the window, then select that character's .character file.

Yes, they're .character files. That means you use the save editor. They're not patches or anything. You inject them on top of characters in the Roster.

Roster -> Slot 41 onwards, to prevent crashing -> Import -> select .character file -> save the edited save file.

auto is not advisable, as this uses a battle pointer, as in it doesnt matter who is attacking, as for just using A, change the 80000041 to 80000001.

Will injectable characters appear around the monastery? My guess is no...? Also, I have recently injected an NPC. Will the spell list that an NPC use be their own spell list or the original .character which it was created from, when the character id was modified?

yea its a 1 hit kill, too bad though it was a crit only cheat

one of the highlight unit code boosted your unit stats for just the ones that influence critical. iirc, i think it boosts dex and luck.

guys i have a problem, i cant use my renown at the start in New Game +, its all locked out. i can only buy the crests though.

maybe cuz i used max renown on previous playtrough? or unluck all extra? dam

maybe an unlimited renown would be better then max 1?

my save is fooked now, i dont wanna delete and start all over pfff >.<

That sounds like you used one of the earlier save editor, as those ones remove, aka locked out, the renown store....
What were you trying to restore?

I didnt use the save editor, just max renown but not on the new game+ save file but i still got locked out of evrything pretty much wich is weird cuz some legit players with lots of new game +++++ got near 999k renown and can use it fine. i dont know i had troubles with the unlimited weopon/magic/art too.

wait a minute, you never used the save editor at all? you never injected any extra characters? im sorry, but i dont think i can help you on that one....

i think its the unlock all extra that bugged me its fine, i just started a complete new game file and wiped evrything. max renown will break the game anyways, thats what i get for being greedy. ty anyways

Here is the gender change for Byleth 1.2. Only thing when changed to female Byleth I don´t get the S support for all the males, any idea how to fix this?

ok, dumb question, did you save the change and restart the game? if you did, and the change over did not happen, its possible there's a system byte that keep track of your MC gender....

I was so excited to import characters who knew strong magic skills and then change their IDs to someone else. Then I realized that anytime you change your class, you lose all of the magic skills

also, I can't seem to find the new inject-able young Rhea but not the Rhea from the monastery... Trying not to spoil anything for anyone.
I know some of the inject-able files for characters were changed with the new save editor and it keeps telling me the file is too large for Rhea. I've been scouring the board to try and find it. Any help appreciated

Is there any way to add the new classes to units in the editor? Right now the class flag screen only has the base game classes, even on characters who are currently classed as the new ones. Adding experience works just fine, it's only the flag that afaik can't be set.

so I just tried inserting the Rhea char and it's her character model with no headdress on but not the model of her in her battle outfit from the past
