Is there a website to check if Nintendo Switch Game Updates exist?
Basically, a way to check what the history of updates are and what the most current version # is, as well as what has changed.

Do you mean to view patch notes or if the files exist? The latter would probably require some CDN tickling and grab the updates from the server like FreeShop does. The former would either be in-game or a lucky google search. For instance, Fire Emblem Warriors has patch notes on Perfectly Nintendo. Maybe you could find other game patch notes somewhere too...
