I upgraded from 9.0.1 to 9.1.0 using choidujour, everything went fine, I then disabled stealth mode to get a firmware update for Doom 1993 and SXOS got an error and said it needed to restart. After restarting however it appears to have booted into normal firmware and disabled my auto-rcm (the whole reason I use choidujour in the first place) does anyone know what happened?

After getting a new jig my SXOS freezes after the nintendo logo. I think the issue is the EXfat SD card, support seems to also be disabled now. In OFW I get a prompt to update when I put an sd card is, but then it tells me i'm on the latest FW and doesn't install the exfat sd driver.

Did you use the official update? If yes, that is the reason all this happened..

Did you update the game awhile you were in CFW or OFW? If you are going to update the game using internet (via Big N server), it's highly recommend doing it in OFW. But there is always risk of your switch being banned ofcourse..

CFW. I've updated a bunch of games like that, if this one got me banned from online oh well, i'm more concerned about why SXOS crashed and disabled auto-rcm. Wouldn't getting/being banned just result in a network error?

Tge latest Choidujour has an option to disable autorcm when updating. Maybe you toggled it when you updated to 9.1.0.

I'm certain I didn't, because I manually booted after installing the firmware. I'm guessing once I get a jig I will be able to install Cfw again, I just don't know what happened.

My SXOS boot.dat was updated, I could get in to 9.1.0, it's only after the error when trying to install a game update that it disabled auto-rcm.

Also I can connect to the eshop, so i don't think i'm banned.

A game update can't disable autorcm unless it's a firmware update.

I attempted the game update, SXOS gave an error and said it needed to restart, but when it rebooted it rebooted in OFW, and auto-rcm was disabled.

I know choidujour had enable auto-rcm because I turned the system off and rebooted after updating firmware.

Most likely the game update also forced a firmware update as well so when it rebooted the autorcm will be gone.

Okay so I got a new jig and managed to get cfw to boot, but I got a black screen after the nintendo logo. I think the issue is that the switch isn't formatted for exfat (this popped up in OFW, which is weird as it must have somehow been disabled like the autorcm) my issue here is i'm not sure how to boot into CFW again to disable auto rcm. My SXOS dongle isn't giving a blue/green flash, I removed the sd card and put it back in so i'm assuming the switch should be off...

Managed to get in after fiddling with the sound a lot. My issue here is it tells me to FW update in order to use my SD card but when I try to update it tells me my system is up to date but doesn't see the sd card.

Edit: tried going into format SD card in setting, same issue, tells me a system update is required to use the SD card, but then tells me my system is up to date and still doesn't see the SD card.

Just format your card to fat32. Fat32 is less corruption and better in a long run.

And, more importantly, homebrew friendly.
Actual solutions please or an idea of what's going on. I already have a fat 32SD card for retroarch and such, (which works btw so it is just a mem card issue for why cfw won't launch) just because I can deal with it doesn't mean I should have to just accept I can't use exfat anymore for some reason.

I'm guessing if I update once a new firmware is out it will install the driver, I just don't know wtf happened.
