Recently I hacked my New 3DS and it was working until it got frequent ARM11 exception handlers, the 3DS turning itself off randomly, or the blue light turning on for a bit, and then off. What can I do to fix these issues?

First of all what you should do is give us ANY details about the problems you are having. What your setup is exactly, what changes you've made, when the problems started, etc., there's like 20 basic things that all help with troubleshooting but you've provided no info whatsoever.

The ARM11 exception handler has the exception type of data abort, fault status is Translation - Section. Another error that can happen is "generic". These errors along with the 3DS shutting off can happen at any time. The blue light flashing happen can also happen at any time. The 3DS is running on Luma3DS v10.0.1. "generic" has only happened once for me. "Translation - Section" can either happen while I'm playing a game or a few seconds after I turn on the 3DS. The blinking blue light can happen after the 3DS shuts down after any of these errors or after the 3DS shuts itself down

the blue light flash happens because of some sd error maybe your sd is dead? check it

There seems to be no issue with the SD card

Try booting the system holding "Select" and disabling "Disable ARM11 exception handlers" if you have it enabled.
"Disable ARM11 exception handlers" is already disabled

Does the ARM11 exception happen... perhaps when opening a game that's pirated or that you have installed mods for or that you are trying to run with NTR cheats? Also, have you done any region changes to your 3DS? As for blue light, it's VERY likely that it's a failing SD card, so put it in your PC and check for errors. Start there and work your way towards the rest of it after you answer my two questions.
