Maybe someday the 7th Guest demo for the Snes CD that was shown behind closed doors in CES 1992 will surface.I've been interested in this piece of tech for a while, the internet has a lot of info on it despite it's rarity.
The CD function was purposely disabled, and there are no actual disc games for it.
The cartridge slot worked though. The owner brought it to a famous engineer/modder Ben Heck, who was able to restore the CD drive and got it to play a music CD. But like I said before there are no CD based games for it. It's an over complicated SNES.
Important piece of gaming history, yes.
Holy Grail to gaming collectors, yes.
