I use an NTSC Wii, but it doesn't accept RGB picture, so I changed it to PAL 60 to get it, the problem is that the games now run horribly and the sound is a mess. Is this a common problem for others too? What might I be doing wrong? I know there are a lot of other setting there.Mayeb something else need to be fixed, anyone know?

How are you loading games? How did you region change? Can you post a Syscheck?

If you were starting from square 1, I would suggest modding using ModMii, and region changing using ModMii. You're probably safe to do this now as of you were still starting from square 1.

I'm loading them as I would with any game. Either through their discs or through clicking on the ones downloaded through Wii Shop Channel. I have no idea what a Syscheck is, but this is how I did it and these are my current settings: https://imgshare.io/image/20191126-053828.hnHcK

There is also a BootMii channel on the homebrew. What does that do differently from ModMii?

BootMii is very different from ModMii.
I'm assuming you're new to Wii modding?
I am. I just downloaded it, andit doesn't seem to have any features. First, there is no logo on the homebrew channel for it. Just a blank slate. And the features on it are nothing else other than asking if I wanna install or uninstall the channels I already have...

Another Questions please:

Which Video/AV Cable did you use please ?
If you set Video back to the previous State all runs fine again ?
Is your TV supporting PAL60/NTSC ?

Thank you.:)
An RGB SCART cable.
Yes
Definitely I own several NTSC and PAL consoles. Never been a problem.

Did you try different Games or comes your Issue only on specific Games please ?
For your Wii:

- Do I understand it correct,it IS softmodded ? Do you know how ?
- Is an SD Card attached in your Wii´s SD Card Slot ?
- You have an HOMEBREW CHANNEL but no Applications on it ?

- When you press the "HOME" Button on the Homebrew Channel, can you boot into BootMii ?

- When you press and HOLD the RESET Button on your Wii and power it on,comes the PRIILOADER Screen (Black or White) ?

Have you considered component cables if your TV supports them?

PAL60 is a bit odd because it's close to NTSC but not quite compatible. Support was definitely hit and miss on older TVs, even here in Europe where PAL is the standard. It was just never used for much besides game consoles, so the TV manufacturers back in the day hadn't taken it into account.

- When you press the "HOME" Button on the Homebrew Channel, can you boot into BootMii ? I didn't know you could do that. I did and entered launch Boot Mii, but it won't let me navigate further. I'm pressing every button, but nothing works, so i have to restart the system.

- Can you please post a Picture from your Wii´s System Menu/Video and TV Settings and from the Channel View ? All of it looks completely normal, like a regular Wii system, like yours. I use an CRT SD TV due to LCD TVs input lag.

(You said you load your Wii Games through the DISC CHANNEL ?) I load them like regular games. either through their real discs, or if they were bought on the now defunt WiiSC

Thank you for your Assistance.:) No, thank you for helping me!

I use a CRT TV due to LCD tv input lag. My tv is a large SONY trinitron. the best in the business for playing retro consoles. I don't see any way my TV could be a problem.
