I'm now using CTRPF with 804MHz clock on a New 3DS and the 60fps codes still won't activate. The code to give everyone tutti works fine, however. I'm using the CTRPF release linked in their GitHub which redirects to this release thread: https://gbatemp.net/threads/ctrpluginframework-blank-plugin-now-with-action-replay.487729/

To be honest, i dont know why is not working for you, but until know i was the only one that tested it, so maybe only works for my gameplay. What version of the game are you using? Whats the title id of the game? Are you using an undub version of the game?

.3gx? From what I thought was the official Github of the project here, I only found actionreplay.plg, which I've been using with his custome fork of Luma 9.1. I've put the plugin file in sd:/Luma/plugins/ActionReplay, enabled the plugin loader through Rosalina (L+down+select), and then opened CTRPF in-game with the select button to appl;y codes. Where does one find the .3gx version, and is the useage different?

Forgot to mention, I'm using the US version of the game unmodified.

Use this Luma3DS version, and put "CTRPluginFramework.3gx" in
Code:
sd:/luma/plugin/default.3gx
(so rename to default.3gx)
And finally, when your start the console, open "Rosalina menu" (L + Down + Select) and Enable plugins :)

Thank you for the links, but unfortunately, I'm having the same issues. Luma installed fine, the plugin can be loaded, and the tutti code I found elsewhere still continues to work, but not the 60fps code. :\
I was using both the L2 cache and increased clock. I also tried using the 60fps code both by itself and alongside the tutti code, but it still didn't have any effect.

I will investigate this issue, i will try the code with a friend's 3ds to see what happens. If someone can try the code to see if works, i will really apreciate it.

I can try it. What do I have to do with the boot.firm? also how do I find out if the plugin worked or not
You must just change a value in the RAM. So if you don't have CTRPF, follow my comment a little up, and put the cheat code in the section "Action Replay" of CTRPF (and enable it)

For see if the game is running in 60FPS, go in CTRPF settings and enable "Show FPS"

So I just tried it on the US version, not undubbed or modified in any way.
It runs at 29-30 FPS during gameplay. (overworld, towns, battles)
Only time it reaches 60 is on menus

That's how it runs without the cheats too, so I guess it's safe to say it doesn't work for me either

So the cheat is disabled/not writed correctly.

Go on the "2", change to -> "1" and press "A" for apply changes (and resume the game)
Your speed is supposed be multiplied by 2
Done, but it still runs the same and 60 fps cheat is on

That is to say, using

worked for me in both regions (though doubling game speed), where the original codes

did not.

Well, "worked" in the sense that they did something, not that they achieved a desireable effect.

It's strange, my code (EUR) and the original code (USA) are exactly the sames. I've just removed the offset part (D3000000 00000000) for my code, the effect is supposed still the same.
