Hacking Question Cartrige slot doesn't work in sysnand anymore, but it does in emunand?!

My current setup:
sysNand clean: 9.0.1
emuNand Atmos CFW: 8.x.x

I updated my sysnand from 4.1.0 to 9.0.1 without burning fuses(fusecount: 5) with this method: https://gbatemp.net/threads/an-easy...ch-firmware-without-burning-any-fuses.511847/

Today I wanted to play Pokemon Sword but the cartridge slot seems to be bugged. It doesn't read any of my cartiges anymore in sysnand.
It just gives an error message.

BUT in emunand the cartrige slot works flawlessly.

I'm launching the sysNand from RCM with Hekate.

Any advice?

Turn AutoNoGC off. Also make sure Hekate and Atmosphere are up to date.

Ok just turned off auto nogc in the settings now it works.

But I guess my cartrige slot is now updated which means I can't use it on lower fw anymore right?

Yeah but there is not much reason you would want to use it on a lower FW anyway.
