so, after data mining in the sxos memory viewer. I saw that the update spaces out the student by 0x24C instead of 0x230. this increase of 0x1C is most likely to work with the "new addition to the crimson flowers" path.

I hope when they do update the save editor, they re-add the ability to change weapon ranks back from beta 2.

I get why it was removed; you have to manually add in the combat arts/abilities that was learned by the character, and that's not obvious at first. However, as a guy editing saves without CFW, the amount of time that the feature saves is enormous. I feel like that's the point of a save editor too, to save yourself from grinding.

Maybe add in a warning that combat arts/abilities associated with the rank will not be automatically assigned when changed?

@Mindspirail, is the reason why you were asking for a working txt file was because edizon was freezing at the motivation code? its odd, because i cant use both re-take exam and movation. i can use one or the other, but not both....I think it's the retake exam code

even stranger was that sxos handled it with no problem
