Got a trinket setup with a 3v battery. Soldered a USB C to micro-usb cable, ONLY connecting the D- and D+ wires (leaving ground and power unconnected).

Got trinket setup with dualboot and switchboot following:

The Switch is successfully put into RCM.

I power on the trinket m0, and connect the cable. Nothing happens.
Should I also connect the ground cable?
The USB C doesn't have a black wire, only red&green%white. Should I just connect the black cable from the micro-usb to the isolating cable of the usb C?

Thanks for your reply. I have one more question. Is there any way to downgrade firmware? I have console from 2018 so there should be something between 5-6 but I updated firmware to 9.0.1 so..

You cannot downgrade an ipatched system if it's on 5.0.0 or higher, unless you have an old NAND backup and a hardmod.

Nevermind, got it working!

Need to press the "reset" button on the trinket to get it to inject payload though, for some odd reason. No biggie.

Hi Guys (and girls) I have a bit of a problem i was hopping that you could help me whit.
Ive hade for the last months or so ahde a hacked swithc whit atmosphera 8.1.0 on it and also Fireware 8.0 so everything was working fine utantill yeterday when i bought the physical copy of Ring fit adventure (well i hade to support Nintendo somehow) anyway, so i plugg in the game card and it says auppdate, and like a fool i perss continue.

So now i tried to install hekate latest version on it and also start it agan from RCm mode, I can go in it whit TegraRCMGUI and start fromt here,

but after i get start atmosphere i just get a black screen,

so should i try to reset it to my nand backupp (will that make me lose all my saved games?) or is there another option?

You also need to update Atmosphere (or Kosmos, which uses Atmosphere) to the latest version.

I have atmosphere 0.9.4 on my Switch 9.0.1. What have I to do when they release a new firmware update and it's safe to update? Just update normally the firmware and then hack again the switch? I'm still a noob in switch hacking.

I have mortal kombat backed up on my switch with SXOS. When I goto my main site, it shows multiple updates that are all over 20 gigs each. do I need to install them all in order of just the most recent one. and does this go for all games with multiple updates?

How do I install a clean NAND? Is it sullied once you inject a payload even if you back it all up?

No, RCM payloads do not "taint" the NAND as they are loaded before the NAND boots.

You can either update normally or use the homebrew application ChoiDujourNX to update your firmware.

The latest update is sufficient for any game.

This is not the reason, because I download games with Tinfoil with np. I have set DNS to manual and connection is working fine.

Hey. Is there a way to test a full backup before restoring it, on my computer? I have a backup which may be corrupted so I'd like to check it, as it's my only clean NAND backup.

But the problem started when I tryed to uoodate form a game cartridge. Have thst happened to you?
Becouse now al I get is this screen.

I want to resore my nand but my backup is 30GB big should I format the sd card to exFat or should I split the nand into parts again so I can copy it on my fat32 sd card?
