FIXED! Trusted "Developer" User type and Color

Given the circumstances that had affected the scene for various consoles lately, it would be nice to know which threads and users are truly reliable given their reputation.

That's why I would like to suggest this feature, it doesn't mean that the user gets special rights, it's only some kind of label, so new users and anyone can identify which people is reliable for homebrew/programs of their consoles.

The parameters to get this label should be stablished by the Admins of GBATemp, a suggested requisite by me would be to have at least two or more projects an official Github account, or have the distintive on their own project threads only (Something like the "OP" tag).

you guys should do it. Have the moderators nominate who gets it and the decision is final.
Although quite frankly you guys would really need to pay attention to who does contributions.

Maybe an idea would be a dev section of the forum where only devs can post to exchange information with each other (while still being publicly visible).
Discord is awful for this. @Quantumcat is correct with being able to refer back to a few pages of posts easily with a forum format.
A couple of the users that contribute to the "other console" section (i know its a section that hardly anyone cares about) end up doing these PM chains that get fairly inconvenient because either posts that contain "is x h4x3d yet" or posts that really add little substance to R&D discussion keep getting in the way sometimes. I usually am for being open discussion but a section that cuts down the silly posts and keeps on topic for homebrew apps or incoming mods for systems would be great.
