I would only recommend changing if you want to setup emuMMC or update to firmware 9.0. Otherwise, ReiNX on firmware 8.1 is very stable and can play all current games.
Thanks. For now I will stay with ReiNX and update to 8.1

You can remap buttons with hid-mitm.Is there any way to remap controls using CFW? I want to use a different control scheme for tetris online.
Atmosphere and SX OS already support 9.X. You need new sigpatches for installing games.OK, I tried Updating a Game, but apparently I need 9.0.0 or 9.0.1 Installed.
Is there any Issues with Atmosphere or SX OS if I Update to either of these FWs?
Do I need Updated Keys?
OK. I found the 9.0.1 Sig Patches earlier. So should be good to Install a Update for say......MK11 (1.1.0) ?You can remap buttons with hid-mitm.

On 9.0.1 every game and update should work. If not, then you have a different problem.OK. I found the 9.0.1 Sig Patches earlier. So should be good to Install a Update for say......MK11 (1.1.0) ?
If you are on 8.1.0, you need 8.1.0 sigpatches on your console. Maybe try a different NSP update.Yeah, on 8.1.0, tried Installing 1.1.0 of MK11, and I got these Errors 3 different times. 1st is from when I was on 8.0.1

Yeah, they should work fine.
Updated to 9.0.0, however, for some reason the Game Card can not be readYeah, they should work fine.
That's because atmosphere blocks updates of the gamecard reader firmware. 9.0.0 comes with a gamecard reader firmware update and if you choose to update you can't use the game card slot on lower firmwares anymore (for example if you downgrade). If you use hekate to boot, you can disable autonogc in the hekate_ipl.ini file or if you use fusee primary to boot you can disable nogc in the BCT.ini.Updated to 9.0.0, however, for some reason the Game Card can not be read
Can you attach the two files? Also what is the error message you receive?I edited both the hekate and BCT Files to put them as 0. Still not working.
You need only the last update.I have a question about game updates. For example Smash bros has 9 different updates. Do I have to install every single individual update or I can directly install the latest?
You didn't disable nogc in BCT.ini.
