TX? No, I guess they prefer to sell them in bulk to resellers instead of one by one even if they make less money that way. Or maybe they are just trying to not leave any more traces than necessary that could be used to track them down in case they get in legal trouble. A payment processor would no doubt give up their personal info if asked to by the police. Some sketchy flashcart/hacking related store seems less likely to be willing to cooperate given that they are kinda in a gray area themselves.
If you go that route you should get a RCMLoader One or maybe that DragonInjector everyone's mentioning. The RCMLoader One is a far better dongle than the SX Pro, it's cheaper, has more features, a nice design with a built in slot for the included jig and a proper battery that lasts a long time between charges. But anyway you should have some sort of dongle. RCMLoader One just happens to be one of the best on the market right now for a really good price ($11.49 last I checked on AliExpress)
You can use an Android phone with an OTG cable, or a PC, a dongle is just way more convenient.
