AFAIK the mobile version didn't get the missing updates either

Correct, mobile western version is identical to 3DS western version and doesn't have 1.2 or 1.3 version content.

Never played and don't plan to play the mobile version. That's unfortunate. It could have helped finishing the translation.

I’ve started to notice a serious lag in the game. I’m playing on a N3ds. This only started happening after I installed the last update. Anyone else experiencing any lag or have a potential solution?

the patch causes the game to crash when trying to enter the 3rd floor of the dark rider tower which makes it impossible to access pretty much the entire tower. I got two dump files from the crash, and attached them to this message if that helps, I would be very pleased to see this crash fixed

No, because it is a patch made specifically for the Japanese 3DS version of the game, the patch most certainly would not work for any of the phone versions

There is an english version of the app, it just doesn't have 1.2 and 1.3 updates, just like the 3ds version

Hey guys late to the party with this game. Is the tower crash mentioned above occurring for everyone with this patch? Starting a new playthrough should I stick to the official release in English, or is this patch with the update recommended?

Last I checked, this game runs terribly in Citra, even on a beefy PC. This was back when USUM were running full speed on modern PCs for the first time.
