I only used an NSP forwarders for the homebrew launcher. So I really was thinking I was safe... I guess not.

.NSPs should be avoided at all costs of you don’t want to get banned.

I used FTP in TXOS all the time to transfer homebrew and games and stuff to my PC. So I have connected online while using emunand. But I've been doing this for a year or more now. I updated my games using OFW from the menu. I had a few homebrew apps crash my system with error codes I suspect maybe that could have flagged me? I dunno.

I had a few homebrew apps crash my system with error codes I suspect maybe that could have flagged me? I dunno.

This would make sense for me, the Repacked Retro Arch with some ROMS i used caused the game to crash on loading! This is the only things i can think of thats got me detected.
(Apart from going online with my legit games like Rocket League etc, but i have been doing that for over a year now)

Welp...just got banned after EXACTLY one year of using SX OS...is this some kind of joke Nintendo?
I just bought FE:TH cartridge (no more space on SD card) and tried to update the game via internet (on OFW ofc) but got the message that the online services is restricted message. Just last week I was able to log into the eshop to buy Dragon quest builders 2 bundle and now I'm banned...

I mainly used SX OS to transfer saves and cheats, and occassionally played few XCI mostly as demos, and I always end up buying the games that I like in the eshop. So yeah this sucks a lot

Have there been any cases of bans for using AutoRCM? About a month ago I started using AutoRCM alongside my SX OS Emunand. Aside from the AutoRCM, my Sysnand is 100% CFW-free. I've just been paranoid since the day I started using it... I switch between Emunand and Sysnand to play games online on my OFW every day.

I do not use such things such as Stealth Mode, Incognito, or 90DNS because they prevent me from playing online. Also, I use this in OFW as I never go online with CFW.

Looks to me like they finally figured out how to detect people updating shared XCIs online, even from stock. They could have put in the telemetry into 8.10 itself and wait a while before issuing a huge ban wave.
