Hacking R4 for DSI XL not working... Help!

These are my current files on my R4 micro sd (2gb), I've tried so many other ones and still no luck. It starts to load then comes up with a micro sd with "?Menu" on it.
Before I return my R4 (R4 GoldPro 2019), I wanted to get any advice possible for me to be able to get it working.

The SD card tree shouldn't look like that.

Put everything you have onto the "ENG" folder at the root of your SD card and restart.

No. The files included in the folder you've made (ENG) should be at the root of the SD card, not in this folder.

Sorry, I'm an actual noob when it comes to this. How do you do that?

Copy the content of the "ENG" folder, go back at the root of your SD card, then paste the content. Once it's done, try to restart the flashcard, SD in it.

It was "brand new" off of Ebay.

Normally if you have everything (including the package), a website should be written (in the flashcart or in the package), which one is it ?

I also have this cart, and I have already downloaded the file(from the website that's in the package). Do I just extract the files to the root? it doesn't seem to work. I've owned a different flashcart before, the the files needed was something like _rpg files. I don't know my way in these new ones though

nvm. Turns out the sd card I was using was the problem. Changed sd card and it worked
