Hacking R4DS Gold Pro 2017 Question

Hi. Sorry if this is a noob question but I have an issue with my R4DS Gold Pro 2017 card. Some of the save files has been disappearing randomly most notably with FFTA2. 2 times my save file in game was just gone. Other game save files are still intact. And also I can't make the RTS work since it just hangs when I tried to Save or Load.

Quit buying shitty Chinese clones that the company behind said card is in it to just make a quick buck off of people like u that don't know better buy from a company that does not release a year dated card every year here is a good one with good Rom support that your saves will not vanish
