At what point do you get a white screen? If it's upon launch, hold L immediately after launching the game and see if it will boot after that.

Well it, used to "load" first then white screen, now it's just white screen with no "loading". L does not help, I assume you're saying it loads for you? Maybe my rom got corrupted or something if it runs for you.

You have to hold L immediately after pressing A or START to launch the game.
If you have already done that, then yeah, your ROM is probably corrupted.

Success, holding L worked, I had also swapped the rom for an unpatched version first, I assume it will work with a patched rom too, thank you!

*EDIT* Holding L at boot, AND slamming start to skip the cutscene, in case anyone else has problems running Tales of Innocence

Hmm, nothing looks wrong.
Please open an issue on nds-bootstrap's GitHub.

EDIT: What region is your ROM?
Sorry keep you waiting. Thanks to @alexander1970 I realized that the problem is elsewhere I didn't noticed before. I found out that whenever I opened a game that had not a save file for it (*.sav) a red screen appeared to me. Looking at the save created I found out it was a empty file, a 0 bytes file. With that file there I could start the game with no red screens but the game never saved properly. I believe the file is somewhat corrupted that it never saves.
The solution for this issue is changing the "run in" mode to Dsi mode(enforced), at least to create a working save file. The reason it happens with me I don't know exactly but maybe it have something to do with the 64 gb SD I'm using. I don't know.
Will try to upload some pictures to illustrate. No, I can't upload anything.
That's it.

I'm having an issue with gbarunner2 when loaded through TWiLightMenu. I have games and the bios in /gba/ as per instructions, but I get an error message saying '3DS sd card' followed by garbage text. I'm actually not even using a 3DS so this is a bit strange.

Using a Japanese DSi LL loading TWiLightMenu directly from unlaunch, 64GB SD card formatted as FAT32 with 32k cluster size.

So I am running the latest version of TwilightMenu and nds-bootstrap on my DSi with hiyacfw, I am having an issue with Pokemon Soulsilver, the game boots and plays normally, I can save in game but when I reset the DS the save data isnt there, any thing I should do? I am fairly certain it has AP patch so I dont know what else to do.

Look at the save file created. Is it a 512 kb file or a 0 byte? If it is the last delete it and change the "run in mode" to dsi mode (enforced). Run the game and see if the .sav have 512 kb.

Changing the option has no effect, so if the .sav file is 0kb, then it's random for it to happen.

What do you mean have no effect? No effect at all or no effect on the saves? I have no grounds to argue about it but I'm confident I got a red screen (freezing the homebrew) everytime I tried to start a game that didn't have a save and was not on dsi mode (enforced).
