@AmgedIsmail you need to understand that you’re looking for a unicorn. CFW on PS4 does not exist and cannot exist without an exploit on SAMU to retrieve keys.
There is no ETA for a new exploit to run HEN (homebrew enabler: like on 4.05/4.55/5.05), so right now you are out of luck.
NEVER use youtube tutorials as the first point of information for things like console hacking... it’s better to use sites like this, which are usually populated by sceners, so any fakes get shut down.
On YouTube anyone can post any garbage and it’s unverified.

I tried this idiot Youtuber guide, downloaded this 800MB claiming to be a 6.51 Jailbreak file.
But when I go to Safe Mode and select Update System software from USB, it says "Cannot find an update file of version 6.51"...
So should I wait until the same exploit that for 5.05 by Al-Azif be released for this version 6.51?
And should I stop updating software online again and keep it on 6.51?

What is the WebKit exploit?
Does this show debug settings in Settings so I can install PKG?
Also, is 6.50 same as 6.51?

Let me break it down for you.
6.50 is NOT the same thing as 6.51 as you can tell by the version numbers. As for stopping updating? Yes you most certainly should unless the latest firmware has been patched to work with CFW. Because if you update then you have officially fucked yourself my friend. Oh and also the PS4 doesn't really have any jailbreaks. All the videos you see on the internet are bullshit. Well...atleast the one you found was. If you fall for it you have a 99.9% chance of bricking your PS4 entirely and then you'll be fucked and nobody can help you.

Especially for your problem, there are several ways to get results for the kernel exploit.
Example: A kernel exploit (5.05) is created, and in the next update, Sony fixes it (5.50), so it's no longer possible to use it, so it will eventually become public. That's how it works.
Now there is a method (or path) that can do a kernel exploit with FW 6.20 and 6.50 (allegedly), 6.51 is not yet known, so no one answers, but there's a good chance that this method works at 6.51. But that doesn't mean anything to you. It will always be private until it is corrected, and it may take a while if Sony doesn't know what to fix. After correcting it, it will take a few FW updates to get people to the latest FW that is being repaired (usually half a year) before being released to the public.
So the answer is that in time you will get a "kernel exploit", but unfortunately for a long time ... due to the fact that the PS5 is approaching so developers will not create anything big publicly (in my opinion).
My friend also has several method and ways to get such a result, even with 6.51 (maybe), but it won't be public.
Sony is most likely to run Q1 or Q3 2020(PS5), so you have about 18 months waiting for version 6.51, at least. Maybe sony will fix it sooner, but as I wrote, it's hard to fix something that doesn't know.
You can also contact developers, they may send you something (if it exists), but unfortunately you can't do anything ... maybe create your own method (path) for "kernel exploit" on the latest FW or sell 6.51 console, and buy with 5.05 FW version.

This is the issue: they don't have to release anything!
Releasing the 6.20 WebKit is very much meaningless in terms of gaining any sort of user friendly "hack" on PS4.
FYI the kernel hacks they have in private do work on 6.51, it's just a waiting game to see if something leaks or releases eventually.

Sorry @OP, you really made a big mistake... unfortunately there are a lot of liars around the web.
No longer will you be able to run cfw and fake packages.
Don't panic you're not alone... maybe soon the 6.X kernel exploit will be released.
