Hacking Run redNAND image from second Wii U console with different language

Hi,

I'd like to know if it is possible to run a redNAND image from a second console with different language.
I've a Wii U JAP and would like to run a redNAND image from Wii U USA. Is this possible?

If this is not possible, is there any way to edit the redNAND image to change the language?

(I don't want to touch the sysNAND)

I'm pretty sure that's what Dimok wanted, but the development of mocha never got that far. There is the option in mocha for seeprom and otp redirection, but I'm quite sure it's not enough to run a rednand from another console
