Believe it or not, this is the best EOF thread since TaeWong.

Shame on me.I´ll send you an carton as an excuse.Your Adress please.:P:rofl:
I already have 3 boxes of them in my house. Most Scottish people have at least one box of them in their houses.

You will also find my favourite biscuit in most Scottish houses it is this

I'd say it's near S-tier--the plate setting really brings it together, along with the positioning of the biscuit and perfect level of tea.

If you wish to surpass all logic:

start with Lemon Cake and pair with these

then go for Blueberry, but pair it with

and some really good Brie.
Strawberry and Caramel are decent, but my palate craves balance.

But you cannot deny the quality taste when dunked mmmmm.
Taste means nothing if your biscuit goes limp the moment you put it in.

:tpi:

Quite fittingly, your sig is what happens to your biscuit the second it encounters moisture:

I dislike rich teas because they have no taste on their own, and as stated they fall apart when you try to dunk them to add a taste to them.
In general I would prefer my biscuits (dunkable or not) to have their own flavour which then combines with the flavour of what they're being dunked in to create something unique. A personal favourite is dunking anything chocolate into orange juice to create that beautiful chocolate orange taste.
