SX OS 2.6 Beta released: full support for Nintendo Switch firmware 7.x

From Team Xecuter:

This new 2.6 BETA of SX OS adds full support for Nintendo Switch firmware 7.x, including ALL functionality you expect when using our product. We've been pioneering our own unique and proprietary solution for defeating any future firmware protection and we're quite happy with the results so far.

This release is marked as BETA because we changed things drastically under the hood to streamline future firmware updates and some things may inadvertently behave differently.

That does not mean it hasn't been vetted at all, so give it a shot today!

Of course, we haven't been sitting idly behind the scenes either. A lot of our development resources and attention has been dedicated to bringing SX OS to those "unhackable" switches. We are working hard to bring the SX OS experience to all of you who are stuck with an "unhackable" switch. Stay tuned for more news!

The key is only visible in plaintext when using the unpacker.

But the unpacker is not an illegal distribution. The only way to get the key that is used in the encryption is to provide the key to do the encryption. It is not possible to give someone Sept/Atmosphere and with it derive/extract the key aside from providing the key itself, this is the basic principle of encryption.

The unpacker is not providing an illegal key to unpack and then view a plaintext key.

That question has been answered a couple of times now. Please all stop asking the same question over and over when it has been answered a couple of times already

If linking to SX OS is bad because of an illegal number, but linking to atmosphere even though it contains numbers used to derive an illegal number is ok then it sounds like whoever answered it a couple of times is a blithering idiot who doesn't understand anything other than their own bias.

Atmosphere is not providing illegal numbers.

A key is used to create an encryption, in and of itself this encryption cannot conceivably be broken in realistic time scales, but the key itself is never being handed out. It is a tool used to create the encryption and can only be undone with said key but the key is in no capacity being handed out nor is it conceivably derivable from the encrypted payload.

So you've just admitted to what Garyopa has been denying for months? Good job.

He has contact with TX and they give him news to post. Doesn't mean he works for them. I've known them for decades and helped with various projects but that doesn't make me a member of the team. Just "affiliated."
