This sums up pretty much all the story:
hbg talked with not-donations about using "golden links" (they abuse the google drive API), not-donations advised against it because of Google, hbg did it anyway. Then hbg admin talked to not-donations about making the shop, not-donations said he didn't felt comfortable with all the attention and it shouldn't be done, and if they did not-donations would have to part ways. hbg did it anyway, not-donations purged all their infrastructure, deleted all the accounts on discord and jumped off. hbg started to attack not-donations with logs (that proved that not-donations didn't want a shop), bullshit excuses (like that they lost CDN access and they were using hbg as a scapegoat), demanding apologies from not-donations, etc.
Eventually, one of their hosts took them down, so they moved to another one. The shop info and their spreadsheet got leaked, so they made a traitors channel and started abusing people for access to their crap server. Then they took down the spreadsheet and came up with the idea of allowing shop only to donators (at $20+ donations), and eventually, they started talking about taking everything down.
Was it worth it? And now it seems they want to take the reigns of the scene:
