You don’t need to install them. You can simply play them from usb hdd or stick.

i think sxos supports xci while other cfw dont
well the way i am doing it is by converting them to nsp then installing them to sd card (using 4nxci)
my sd card is fat32 so i install via usb using goldtree
or you can split nsp files into part and put them on your sd card and then install but i think usb install is easier

You can also install xci games with sx installer but it’s useless imo because you can load them without installation. (Of course if you own SX OS)

I have system fw 6.2 and sysnand 6.2 sx os, when i lauch football manager touch and super smash bros i get the noti " system update require" . Does any one know why?
I do not beleive both games need fw 7.0 to play.

You use EmuNAND? You installed them as .nsp or run them as .xci? You installed updates or dlcs?

Yes i use emunand, both of them installed as nsp and have update + dlc

Try to install both games and all updates and dlcs with gold leaf and ignore the firmware requirements.

Hi all. I am on firmware 6.1.0 and i am using SX OS. I need to update my firmware because a game i want to play asked for a console update for being played. What do you suggest to do? Update to the latest firmware without burning fuses (using choixdujour)?

SX OS supports only 6.2.0 for now. You can update to that or try to install the games with gold leaf to ignore the firmware requirements. If that still doesn't work you need to wait until SX OS release a new update.

Someone mentioned it works with the stand-alone sx installer (The app). Never tried it.

or is it like on the 3ds where you could have updated emunand's that could go online? (something which iirc was never developed for the wiiu)

Atmosphere doesn't support EmuNAND for now, only SX OS does. And yes, if you use SX OS, your SysNAND can be 3.0.0 and EmuNAND 6.2.0 (highest supported firmware currently). The game list shows the required firmware of games.

1) Just follow the atmosphere guide, there's nothing special to do. Keep in mind that xci won't work with atmosphere and you need sigpatches.
2) Always update without burning fuses.
