Homebrew Question First time use Goldleaf/Switch wont turn on....

So I just tried to use Goldleaf for USB Install and now my Switch wont turn back on....

I first booted up Goldleaf but wasnt prepared on the PC side of things so I closed Goldleaf until I was prepared. Then I couldnt get Goldleaf to open, just the generic switch blank screen, and then it would exit back to home. Now the last time I tried to open it it closed out to the SXOS menu and i saw that my license said invalid and then my Switch crashed and now I cant get it to turn back on.

Help?

is your sd card formatted exfat? sounds like SD corruption or possibly a corrupted ticket database.

SD isnt corrupted.

Holding power doesnt do anything.

I have a emunand backup...on my PC.

Oh I got it turned on again.

But now I cant get Zadig to recognize my Switch to install the driver....help?

You shouldn’t be using zadig lmao. That’s old. Tegrarcmgui has the drivers built in. Also you shouldn’t install the drivers if you already have them installed.

Im trying to install the Switch driver on my PC....does Tegrarcmgui do that?

Yes as soon as you run Tegrarcmgui it prompts you to install the drivers but only do it when the switch is connected and in rcm mode.

I got it.

But when i do the Memloader thing it connects but all it says on my Switch is "attempting to communicate with usb host..." and it never connects.

the whole point of this is that Im trying to get games bigger than 4gb onto my sd card.

I have heard you can use Goldleaf for usb installation

Yeah, use Goldleaf and Goldtree to unstall games bigger than 4gb on FAT32 SD Card.

Also tegrarcm doesnt seem to detect usb either.

Do you think it could be the usb cable Im using? The one Im using came with a used Switch Pro Controller and its a white usb cord.

You could try network install using tinfoil and NUT.

well Windows is making the little "ding" noise when I plug it in so the PC is seeing it but goldleaf/tegrarcm isnt.

Are you not listening? All of my USB ports detects it but only one actually works most of the time. Idk why.
