Of course it's a self imposed ban, but it's not a permanent one. I backed up my NAND before doing anything, and have updated without burning fuses, so I keep the option to end my ban when/if I choose. If Nintendo bans me, it's forever. You must know how this stuff works.

Just get Puyo Puyo Tetris if you want to play offline.

You should have a clean backup of your nand before doing anything with your Switch such as running emulators and installing .nsp files. If you're banned already, then well say goodbye to online play forever and that clean nand backup you created. Time to buy another Switch

I know I can play Puyo Puyo Tetris (and I do) but I have to admit this is the first time in my whole time as a Switch owner where I'm jealous that I can't go online with my Switch. I would love to nail some noobs into the ground.

Nah I can't place higher than rank fifteen, even on runs I perfectly hard drop everything. You'll get a lot of good players targeting you at once sometimes, and it's hard to overcome that.

the only interesting thing about tetris 99 is the 99 player battle royale multiplayer mode which is an switch exclusive thing atm and is best played on a legit switch if you have one besides your hacked switch.

Thanks for pointing that out, now that I have more time playing and more people are playing, damn there are some good players out there, can barely crack within the top 15 or 20 without getting multiple players targeted you all at once! When the music starts to speed up that is when your in the sh!ts and you start to panic and make errors.
