Titlekeys don't matter

biskeys matter (console unique, dumped with biskeydump)
masterkeys can be shared between consoles (dumped with lockpick)
sigpatches are included by default with reinx and kosmos
default atmosphere doesn't include them

So having nsps installed.
And having biskey dump created?
What do they do?
or Keys are just for nothing when installing NSPs?

biskeys are for if you need to recover your nand the hard way or use hacdismount

A clean nand backup is done using hekate before you use cfw.

if you have already booted atmosphere/reinx/sxos then it's called a dirty nand backup

Are samsung evo 256g good sd cards?
My 128g is full and I need to change it, but I never dealed with samsung cards, I always been with sandisk.

I ask because I can have one new for 25€ vs 55€ on Amazon for a 256g.

Is it a risk? other than not having any problems with tinfoil with the past few days
Its covering pins 8-10?
is it okay for pin 8 to be covered or what?

You can find a list of the functions of each pin here. You should be fine shorting pin 8 as I've never heard any issues from that pin. The only pin you should worry about is 4.

So i went to search about playing switch backup files via Reinx.
What is the difference between Installing NSPs and Installing NSP backups.
Are they like the same or 2 totally different things?
and again what minimizes the risk of a ban.
