Western fans are already preparing for the release of Super Dragon Ball Heroes: World Mission, which was revealed earlier this week, but it seems like that's not all Bandai Namco has up its sleeve. A Season 2 has been teased for 2018's Dragon Ball FighterZ, which will likely kick off with Jiren being added to the roster as the latest DLC character. Included in the announcement was also the confirmation that a Dragon Ball Action RPG game is currently being developed. Given the working title "Project Z", it'll be available in both Japan and the West when it launches, though no other details are known. More information will be given at the upcoming Dragon Ball FighterZ World Tour Finals, which take place on January 26-27th.

I would love an RPG styled DB game

Really, really enjoyed the GBA ones Legacy of Goku 2 and Buu's Fury was fantastic. Hopefully they make something similar.

By Action RPG I guess they mean something like One Piece World Seeker (with RPG elements) although I hope it's a Diablo clone with a Dragon Ball skin. That would be amazing.

My favorite Dragon Ball RPG was Attack of the Saiyans on the NintendoDS. Man, I would like a game like that continue the series, or a brand new game from start to finish containing the main sagas.
Hell, I will take anything as long as it's not a fighting game. Don't get me wrong, I just love the fighting DBZ games very much, but I'm a bit tired of only fighting games. WE NEED SOME VARIETY HERE!
