Proof? Reminder; this is all purely speculation. Nintendo cannot touch SX OS because CFW is fully legal despite its implications. I am aware Nintendo has it out for SX OS such as by removing YouTube videos that dealt with Switch hacking but I'm hard-pressed to believe Nintendo managed to kill a company that has been around for over a decade.

given that the switch only has 24 fuses left to burn I doubt they'll be playing that game.

Just a small nitpick: A new update doesn't have to burn fuses. It probably should, though as to prevent downgrading with either a backup or Choidojour. But then again, where did you get the total number of 32/24 fuses left? From what I can gather odm_reserved consists of 256 fuses, so we would have 248 left by now. Plenty of room for Nintendo to smash out an update every month for another 20 years.

For a paid service, it is shameful not to give news... Especially that he said that ALL firmwares would be supported.
I think that informing customers about the progress of the project would be a minimum!

All those who do not use xci have changed to atmosphere. And they are right !

What's the rush? Can't people be on 6.0.1, create an emunand, update it to 6.2 and use either hekate or ReiNX?
Besides, TX made it clear it's gonna take a while.

You're forgetting about emunand. It's super useful for people who don't want to get banned. Also I don't use XCI anymore because emunand.

edit: Did I mention SXOS has emunand?

Emunand is saved entirely to the SD card now. They could still detect it if you went online with it. Or if they scanned your SD card while in OFW. I doubt they would ban for that though.
