I read above and tried while using the title key as well. Got a similar error:
First, your screenshots and files have full keys, which aren't allowed here. But since you posted them, I can see that you're trying to use the EUR NUS key for the US Xenoblade Title ID. Those have to match. You'll need to get the US title key from that title keys site to decrypt the US title.

Since you posted a CEMU keys.txt, I'll guess that you're using CEMU and that's why you want the decrypted files. For normal installation, you'd want them encrypted.

Er, actually, I wasn't using CEMU... I had no idea... Thanks. Though I'll have to figure out where to find the actual key. I'm looking for the Wii U common key for the U.S. right? Or is in the one we had to put in the config?

Also, sorry. As you can probably tell, I'm a total noob to GBATemp, couldn't figure out why I couldn't post when I just posted the code as text...

Also, I'm actually following a tutorial to uncensor the game at this thread: https://gbatemp.net/threads/xenobla...th-brazilian-install-method-app-files.453781/ My uneducated guess is that I'm to change the files around after getting the decrypted files.

Your common key is probably right, since it was listed in your keys.txt file. Yes, your US console wants the US common key. The key that was wrong was the one you put on the jnustool command line after the title ID. It's not the key for that title ID. (Each title has its own NUS key. The US version (which is the title ID you specified) does not decrypt with the same key as the EUR version (which is the key you specified)

It makes sense that you need decrypted files for a mod/repack.

Ah cool, it worked as intended. Thanks! My problem was apparently both the wii u common key I had put in config and the title key I was using were both wrong. But after some trial and error, I figured it out.

When I open the JNUSTool.jar it says "CommonKey length is wrong" I assume it has something to do with the config file. However, I don't find anywhere what I am supposed to put in here. Can anyone help me?

(the forum anti-spam feature prevent me from posting the config content (it contains link), I can't post image nor a paste.org, well done gbatemp)

Edit the config file, replacing [COMMONKEY] with the actual Wii U Common Key, which starts with a D. The correct line will be 16 hex pairs / 32 characters, and will not have brackets.

Forgive us, we cannot post the common key. However, if you google "wii u common key" you'll probably find something.

Also, in case you find more than one, the one that starts with D is the one for the US, just to clarify.
Thanks, I was able to get a CommonKey and download a game. However, I am having trouble figuring out the installation part. Are you able to help me or point me to a really good guide.
( the guide i'm seems to be missing really important informations)

Ok, so you have got a common key and gotten a game. The files should all have .app and .h3 file extensions with the exception of title.tik, title.cert, and title.tmd. If you have this, install WUP Installer GX2 (that is, put it on your sd card; I'd use the homebrew app store to install it, it's the simplest way). On the root of your sd card, you need to put the folder containing all the game's files on the root of your sd card. I'd make sure the folder has a recognizable name (if I recall, the folder JNUSTool gives you has a name of tmp_somenumber, but you can rename it for WUP Installer). From there you'll probably be good to just go into WUP Installer and... well, install your game. I'm not sure, but you might need a signature patcher (the only times I've used this app were to install the files for a modified eshop game and a game dumped directly from a disc). You can get it from either the homebrew app store or here (I'd get both versions just in case. You may not even need it if you just downloaded the files without modding them, but if you do need it then you'll have it).

Hello fellas, how are you guys doing?

I have a question. I have some Virtual console games for play on my wii u via loadiine-GX in loadiine format with the 3 folders:content, code and meta folder.

Some games, a few nintendo ds games in this instance, are missing the meta folder. using this tool, what command must i type to download, only the meta folder?

When i double click the .jar file, i get a list but my ds game isn't in the list, so i have to type the title id manually but i don't know the command syntax to poll the server for this specific ds game.

This is what i typed so far...

java -jar jnustool.jar 0005000010179f00 TitleKeyForThatTitleID -file /meta/.*

We can't give you the title key. You have to find it on a title key site.

is it possible i can start a download without the gui launching? I would like to download within the command line if possible. if not, is there a command line version of jnustool?
