Outside of that one person, the other homebrew bans seem to be correlated to save editors. No other correlation with other emulators.
Online saves only/related?

Could it be related to the new online service? (For exemple: you didn't purchase the online services and they somehow detect the fact that you injected a save?)

I believe it uploads the saves automatically correct? But you have to pay for the service to enable cloud saving which I do not know if these people did or did not (would be a weird question to ask people in the first place).

If I preorder a cartridge game and im banned, am I able to play the cartridge? Nintendo connects to the internet to check if its playable and im banned so......

Not for all cartridges. The ones that do will not work but they have a warning they won't work if you hack your console.

mkay i dont see download needed so im good.
Here's an example of a game that requires a download:

https://ebgames.com.au/nintendo-switch-240282-NBA-2K19-Nintendo-Switch

On the box itself, it says:

"To use this software, a minimum download of 32 GB via a wireless internet connection is required. You may also be required to create or link a Nintendo Account."

A banned console cannot fulfill the "minimum download of..." requirement, because it will be banned from downloading anything from Nintendo's servers. Also, the "You may also be required to create or link a Nintendo Account" requirement would be an issue, as you couldn't link the game to a Nintendo account if the console you're using is banned from using Nintendo's services.

So, that's the two things to look out for.

Is the fact that it displays your system version as x.x.x reiNX/rajNX a problem? It even says it in the errors

Ok, thanks.

Hello, sorry for the up. But I really needed help so bad.. Thanks.

Hi, I resotored my NAND to check if I am banned. Still not banned (yet). But I didn't update to the latest fw. I wanted to stay 5.1.0 until there is a game I wanted to play that requires 6.0. Btw, I forgot to backup the NAND I am using to play NSP before restoring the clean NAND. How do I restore my games? The games are still on the SDCard, but not appearing on my home menu when I inserted my sdcard. Is there any other way for my games to reappear without reinstalling them? Thanks.

If you didn't make a NAND backup prior to restoring the clean NAND, your only option is to reinstall the .NSP file.

Which pack and which version were you using?
Clear log will result in a ban. You need to use creport included in a lot of packs.

Would you believe me if I told you could still buy/download stuff from the eShop? All you have to do is go to Nintendo's website, login with the Nintendo Account on your banned console, then proceed to acquired anything you would normally want. Turns out if you go to User/Profile (top left of the Home menu), go into "User Settings", then select "Update Download Progress", your console will begin downloading anything you just acquired from their website. Note: this only works so long as Nintendo has not restricted your Account from accessing their site meaning you don't have an account ban. These bans are rare so always perform this check to rule out the possibility.

I get error 2181-4008 when I try this (purchased BotW DLC). (Edit: No, I'm not banned from the site).
