Hello everyone :)
I looked for a tutorial about putting a internal hard drive into a xbox 360 phat but i didn't found :/
So, is it possible to make the hard Drive internal ? Like connecting it on the internal sata port and modifying the dvd drive power cord ? or is it impossible to?
That's all x) i didn't found any answer to these questions :/
Thanks for your time, have a nice day / noon / night ;)

I'd first say get a 2.5 inch HDD and bang it in a caddy.
Easy, removable and cheap

If you really want a 3.5 inch HDD in yours then yes.
It's possible.
You can tap into the SATA connection at the HDD port and fashion a makeshift SATA power from tapping into the connector.
Pretty sure there's some directions on how to do it on the web.

thanks for your replies :)
Do you have any links ? x)
I've modded my 60Gb HDD into 500Gb Western Digital for my first RGHed falcon but i have another one RGHed falcon with no HDD shell :/ (and another one falcon with just no hdd)
Another question, on my first RGHed falcon, in Freestyle Dash 3, my temps are around 60°C on CPU and GPU, is this okay ? (thermal paste changed last saturday) i ask because my second RGHed falcon is arount 45°C in Freestyle Dash 3 on CPU and GPU, (2 more fans added in it)

Thats a p-retty big diff. Some cpu/gpu run hotter than others. Make sure you have good airflow and if your arent crashing or freezing in game then your good.

Slap a 2tb 2.5 into the HDD caddy and you wont have to bother with modifying internal connectors.

Oh okay i thought it was risky to play some games with it with that temp x)

@Armadillo Thanks for that link, i was looking for it but i couldn't find it anymore :)
I think i'll do the mod on my second RGHed xbox (there is no dvd drive so it doesn't matter :D )

Again, thanks for your help :)
