Going to need more information than that to have a chance of helping you.

First and foremost, Do you have a nand backup?

Second, What firmware are you on?

Third, What CFW are you using?

No I dont have a nand backup.
I am using firmware 6.0.0.
Using SX OS.

All works fine until I tried to follow this video to expand the 4 GB file limitation.

Why bother messing with your filesystem if you aren't making nand backups?

I suspect you are screwed now but someone more knowledgeable than me will be able to tell you if there is anything you can do.

RULE 1 OF SWITCH HACKING - MAKE A NAND BACKUP BEFORE YOU DO ANYTHING

I am new to this Nintendo hack, yea my bad...
Stupid question but can I download a NAND backup?
I can still enter RCM mode though

Btw, I tried to let the battery run out and fully charged (did not work)
I tried to enter recovery mode (did not work)

NAND backups are console specific. You cannot download another users NAND.

Best thing to do now is not mess with it any further and wait for someone to try and help you. Best of luck

Can you boot in OFW without SXOS?

Were you already on 6.0 before the brick? You should have just updated through nintendo servers and save yourself a lot of headache.

No, I cant.
With SXOS or without it is still stuck in Nintendo Switch logo.

There MIGHT and that is a very big might, be a user who MIGHT be able to help you unbrick it.

There was a similar post not to long ago with a user who had messed up, and this person tried to help them.

I suggest you ask them very nicely if they can help.

Yea, I was already on 6.0 before the brick. My switch required a update to read exFAT, so I was scared to update it.

Do you remember who to contact?

It's not just similar... I got a sense of deja vu, and I really think I've seen this video before...

Found it... not the first time someone got bricked from this video tutorial.
It really needs to be taken down.
Especially since now, with ChoiDujourNX, you can install the exFAT update in ONE CLICK.

Anyway, try the advice I posted in that thread:

Thank you very much. I will try to look into it.

I use XCI-Cutter.exe to make the games files smaller and split into multiple files. Not sure what you need exfat for, but if its for other things, back up your nand dude.
