Hardware Best and easiest way to use joycons on pc?

I want to use them as a whole controller with the joycon grip
If possible to use hd rumble or regular rumble
Whats the best app to configure and use them on pc

Tried. Joycons sync but it does not combine them as one controller

Odd, considering that's one of the options! Best move on to that thread, then. I don't know of any other option.
