I hear some talking about the new version switch, is immune to RCM+Fusee approach
Not able to crack ?

Buy I get two console and OK to do the job (now running SXOS on both )pretty new one, SN：700439XXX and 70448XXX
So, I guess "new module" just purely a rumor, all the switch on the market currently is no difference.

Should we looking into this issue more seriously, to clear up the rumor？
I know some Hongkong broker now claiming +30usd to provide "screening service" for console with lower/smaller SN digital, like: 703XX
Maybe they with too much inventory, need make a rumor to help them clean-up aging stocks?

it is not fake. It's like talking to a brick wall. There is proof,and even sciresM has said that there have been reports of patched units.

Did you get your Switches in Japan or Hong Kong? I'm pretty sure those are the only places that have been confirmed to have sold the revised Switches. They'll probably start appearing in markets farther from Nintendo's home market of Japan in the coming months. It also takes time for old stock to be sold and for new stock to replace it, so it wouldn't happen immediately even when those Switches do make it to additional markets.

Uh...what shchmue said. You should also be careful of overlap so its possible for your console to still be patched with serial numbers close to the ones that are confirmed to be patched.

all the switchs I got, are "XAW", buy form gamestop.
So, I don't know what going on there at HK and Japan. But it's weird, the fist report actually from US， for suspected fusee immune switch.
The video saying the PN section is 700438XXX， that's why i am doubt that， I saw 439， 443 ok to go， with my own eyes.
If Nintendo do patch work since Lot438， why later release still OK？

• XAW and XAJ are not region specific because the console is region free. We suspect that Nintendo may have been trying to ship certain models to certain parts of the world but there's no official explanation on this difference. You can buy an XAW in Asia and you can find XAJ in America, its not impossible
• Again, that would be due to overlap as not all consoles are manufactured at the same time.
• Also, the video that was provided proved that those serial numbers were patched while we don't know if you are lying about your consoles. I do not want to accuse you of lying, but there is evidence to contradict what you are claiming

I 100% sure XAJ700438 and 439 are free to go!
just 2 days ago, i was hiking with some euro dude, they bring 2 new buying switch (Spain), 438 and 439.
Both of them installed the checkpoint.

I want to buy one Nintendo patched switch, to study.
if there are proof, then we should know two thing; the patch is soft or hardware ？
if it's about hardware， I really want to get a look of the new PCB.
Or, patch inside the Chip set ?
