I tried that it did not make it i put the nesTOnds.bat file in NesDS-master/NesDS-master/ and put my nes file there i ran it two times the first time i ran it as 7granddad.nes that did not work so the second time i put it as 7granddad and that did not work

Probably missing something like devKitPro. Try installing it if you haven't already.

can you run the make file for me and then give me the zip file of it please because on my computer it said the permissions are denied and i ran the file as admin and it still said that so can you run it and send it to me please

I don't want you to run the converter for me I just want you to run the make file without the app and then send me the zip file of that and then I run the nesTOnds file to make the new file to an nds file

You need to run the makefile with the rom file to generate the .nds file. That package is a version of nesDS's source code, that looks for a nes rom file to package into itself.
