Hey all. I am an idiot and didn't see the "Don't go to firmware in DevMenu part". I did, and the switch froze. Held down the power button and it turned off. Now, I cannot get it to turn on again. I have the SX Pro and installed Auto RCM. I have tried booting with and without the dongle (did see a quick white flash after 2-3 secs), with and without the jig, with and without power, and nothing makes it budge.

Any ideas how I can fix this thing?

I got that too. I job at had to hold the power button for a bit to have it reboot. I haven’t tried AutoRCM yet though. I might try to hook up to the pc and start tegrasmash. See if it is actually in rcm mode.

Same, I won't boot my sw after freeze in dev menu. I trying hold down power menu button in 15s, but it's nothing. Anyone help me

I've had this loads of time, plug in your dongle and look at the light at the bottom of the dongle which will tell you if the switch is powered on or not. If it's on then hold the power button until it goes off and then turn back on with the dongle in and remember to hold volume up if auto rcm is installed. It's taken me upto around ten attempts sometimes but it will eventually come back on.

This is exactly why I strongly suggest that everyone stays away from TX. You can never know when the brick code has been activated by mistake. Yeah, yeah... it's "inert". I wasn't born yesterday.

Wait for Atmosphere, people!

1. The brick code will never activate. Ever. It will loop now, essentially never bricking you.
2. The guy making this thread didn't understand what AutoRCM does because he probably followed a video guide that doesn't explain what it does. Fucking hell.

The brick code would still allow booting a payload, just not booting into Horizon OS.

Not a TX issue. Just another person who really shouldn't have used AutoRCM.
So many people "oh my switch got bricked by SX"
No, no it didn't, you installed autoRCM and appear to be incapable of holding the Volume up button or sending a god damn payload..

I think we need a PSA thread about this. Lol.

Happened to me first day too. Just plug in your sx pro and fiddle with the power button. It'll turn back on eventually.
