Those rails don't break randomly. It broke because you shoved a jig in there and either used a faulty self-made one or did it wrong. I hope someone that knows you personally reaches out to amazon and tells them what really happened so that people like you don't get away with their bullshit.

how so agressive ? i've printed the 3d jig from schemas , and inserted correctly, without forcing, it worked great since the start without any issue, so i don't know what happened
and i am not a kid, i have 44 years old, and i buy always my stuff, so stop argueing please

Probably some pins went bad, a new rail is very cheap and super easy to replace, no solder required...

Do you need to unplug any ribbon cables whilst replacing the right rail. I hate messing with those things.

Are you ok dude/dudette if amazon wants to exchange/refund the switch, let them. There’s absolutely no need to insult. Amazon won’t lose nothing, in fact, they will keep a loyal customer. Chill out.

you can try contacting them for a licence transfer or just buy an sx os licence which is your safer bet and use the dongol with it
