Hacking Help with 3ds cfw

Hi guys,
I'm a total mess and after reading countless threads I thought it best to ask all in one thread

I want to hack my 3ds with homebrew but need someone who might be willing to point me in the direction of what files I need to do so with guides based on my console details, and have a few questions also:

Will internet still work on cfw/not ban me?

Can I run backup roms from SD card?

Will I need emulators for each type of backup game (DS, 3DS, GBA etc)

Can 3DS roms even be played as backup on a hacked 3DS?

This is everything you need.
1. No, but you can get eventually banned.
2. Yes.
3. For DS games please buy a flashcard. For other you can use GBA injects (which uses the virtual console) or you would need an emulator for each type of console.
4. Yes.

Internet as such will work. But if you ever get banned (which is actually kinda hard in these days) you won't be able to play online and access freeshop. But browsing web and downloading games from freeshop still works.
So don't worry.

Ah ok that changes it a bit.. so I gave a New 2DS XL on version 11.6.0-39E

Do I need to downgrade at all and what programmes will I need? I read something about possibly needing to buy a certain eshop game for injection but the rest was just so damn foreign to me

Everything is on the website (https://3ds.hacks.guide/). Just read thru it and you will find out what you need (flashcard or DSI game or hardmod in your case)

Ok so I've gone through the guide and managed to get all this installed - do I need apps now to load 3DS games? Is there a guide for loading and playing 3DS roms and backups, or do I just rip/download and stick the cia in the folder and install with FBI?

1. No.
2.You can use Freeshop.
Btw don't download the TheCruel's Freeshop because its pretty outdated and it got forked after he got arrested.

Thank you guys - I've googled how to get the games on and it said somewhere about scanning a qr code for the games I have to add them to the system - How do I go about that?

Freeshop needs the title keys to download the games. Now i cannot provide you the link because i'm away from home and my mobile connection is really bad. But you must go to the 3ds title key database and search for a qr code.
