Per the latest builds, this bug should have been fixed. Which CFW build are you using? Something else you can try is to boot a game as soon as Hekate boots into Horizon and never close it. This was a trick that worked before the builds were updated.
if u put the wad file for doom with the nro just in switch folder seemed to work for me and eduke there two files u need .rts and .grp you need the dos rom to get these file and download newest hekate build from the other day fixes sleep mode and u can launch games with it
That did it thanks
Just curious, where'd you get a 400gb micro SD card? That seems like it might be a scam. I would use h2testw with it to make sure it's valid before you do anything with it. And to answer your question, as far as I know, you can just copy the files over. You may have to re download, but I actually don't knowHi all,
I have a 128GB card in the Switch already, but have just bought a 400gb card 'in preparation'....
The 128GB card has a 'Nintendo' folder on it. Can I just copy that across to the new sd card and carry on? Or will I need to re-download eshop games to the new sd card?
I'm on 4.1 and want to try and avoid having to update just to get my legitimate purchases back.
Also, do I need to format to fat32 before inserting the new card?
Thanks!
PS Thanks for this thread - lots of questions from lots of people but everyone here is friendly enough to answer. It is refreshing.....

I second epickid's suggestion of double-checking that SD card. SD cards don't come available in that type of size. The nearest size would either be 256 or 512 GB. Also, I can confirm that copying the files won't make you need to re-install the eShop titles. Even Nintendo is aware that people may want to swap SD cards from time to time. Lastly, FAT32 is the default format that the Switch supports. You can also add exFAT support to your Switch if you dump your NAND and a game that comes with 4.1 firmware.Just curious, where'd you get a 400gb micro SD card? That seems like it might be a scam. There are tons of fake SD cards on AmazonI'm confused - what do you mean by "it might be a scam"?
I bought the 400GB micro sd card from amazon. I'm pretty sure they're legit!
Has anyone else upgraded their SD card and can confirm if the Nintendo folder can be carried across?
Thanks.
Thanks for the reply. 400GB is definitely real. Here are some links.I second epickid's suggestion of double-checking that SD card. SD cards don't come available in that type of size. SD cards can be easily faked. For example, here's a seller selling an obviously fake 1tb micro SD card. You could buy it and put it in your decice, and it would say 1tb, but the card is most likely a 16 GB card. The best way to tell if your card is fake or not is to use h2testw. It's always better to be safe than sorry, and if your card does turn out to be fake, you could lose a lot of dataThanks for the reply. 400GB is definitely real. Here are some links.

Oh yeah, that one's dodgy AF! Thanks for the advice regarding h2testw, I'll test it once it arrives in the mail.SD cards can be easily faked. It'll update you.hi there,
i'm on 4.1.0 fw.
when i inserted my exFAT microsd, i was shown this screen:

can i safely apply this system update?
or will it update the fw to the latest available version?
The only reason to stay on 3.1 right now is if you want to avoid having to use a jig and USB cable to load hacks/CFW. If you are comfortable doing that for the foreseeable future, then you can update now. However, if you wish to hold out for a software based exploit that will likely involve loading a web page to use hacks/CFW, then do not update.I'm on 3.1(.0?) as far as I can tell. When I go into System Settings > Support > the field marked "(2)" Says "3.1".
Is there any reason for me to stay on 3.1 before doing any exploit stuff?
Or can I as easily just update to the latest version and then keep going from there?
Atmosphere is an open-source work-in-progress CFW. Initially, it appears that the team developing it were aiming for a release on June 15th as this was the date they were going to unveil their exploit that would load the CFW. However since that exploit has been leaked, that is no longer the case and it will be released once it is done.YES, I'VE A QUESTION: now Tx's scheduled the release of their dongle on 15th june, when comes the time for Atmophere?
IRONICALLY TX releases their dongle on 15 of june lol, @SciresM should release his CFW on 14th, just to pay his ALMIGHTY RESPECT to leechers!Atmosphere is an open-source work-in-progress CFW.
