Hacking Using psvr on official and exploitable firmware

Well atm im have to buy second hand blu ray 3D movies at 2 euro a piece, my PS4 isnt activated. If it was activated there is an app called LittlStar VR that plays 3D movies and there is Youtube 3D movies but again only for Activated Consoles (meaning u had psn acces in the past and downloaded an app).Enjoy :)

so you need littlstar vr app to play 3d files if you dont have the discs correct ?

so what do you do if you havent downloaded it previously and are now on a hacked ps4 ?
 
Hoping that homebrew will enable some sort of MediaPlaying, im in the same boat. One PS4 FAT activated, plays Youtube and MediaPlayer and than my PS4 PRO not activated, no Youtube and no MediaPlayer.... dont want to go through the hassle of swapping PS4's and cables each time... dillema ... upgrade one of the two to OFW but my PS4 FAT is only activated... Time will tell guys
 
i have media player activated - will that be good enough to play 3d movies or do we need the littlstar vr app ?
 
To be honest MediaPlayer on my FAT is activated but i havent come around to disconnecting all cables. The VR is connected to my PRO and switching the FAT ... maybe someone else can anwser if Mediaplayer playes VR. I can tell 3D movies work from disc and there is the Littlstar VR app, alongside Youtube 3D.
 
Hi guys, planning to buy vr v2 my ps4 has never been activated. Running on 5.05 using HEN 1.7. Just have a question, to use psvr do i need to login or do i need to update software?
And also updating psvr updates system software?

No just plug and play, but it should be connected to the PS4 before turn it on

As others habe have mentioned, make sure you turn on your psvr before running hen (before ps4 to be sure). Then run your payload, start your game and you're good to go. I have about 30 titles I've tried so far and all work perfect. Already got my list going of must buys.
 
I have a phat 5.05 non activated. There is a HEN with VR support so you do not need to turn on the VR before HEN. There are pkg versions of Mediaplayer and youtube that can work on non activated console. With the youtube app you can watch VR and 3D movies from the app but only if those videos are on youtube. To go on youtube you must keep your ps4 connected to internet but with the cracked app you do not need PSN (I use Al Azif DNS).

Games are ok, still have to find a way to see 3D movies with media player (probably doesn't exist...yet). Every time I try the app hangs and I have to reset my PS4. It seems that the only solution available is having 3D movies on BLueray or using Littlstar that is not compatible with HEN but youtube app cames out last week so... every day something new surfaces.

In Europe I bought a refurbished Amazon Wharehouse VR set with camera, VR Worlds disk and two move controllers for 143 euro. It was cheap but the cables are heavy. The VR2 should be better (only one cable, HDR compatibility) so, if you can find a good offer, I recommend VR2. The bundle with VR2 probably will have a download code for VR Worlds and not the physical release.

I have PS4 at 5.05 and jailbroken. I run my games using Al azifs Hen +mira and games work like charm.
Yesterday I purchased PSVR and hooked it up and when I turn it on I get the message that the system needs to update to use VR and I do not want to lose my firmware.
I searched the net and found people suggesting to use Hen +VR. That worked for the PSVR but I cant run the games. And when I run Mira+hen I get the games to work but not the PSVR.

Can anyone help and advise how to bypass the update and have the games running togwther at the same time so the kids can enjoy the VR.

Make sure you are playing a VR game that doesn’t require a Firmware above 5.05

I was trying carting VR. Not sure if this requires firmware above 5.05 but the issue is what is the correct procedure to run VR games with VR running on unactivated PS4 pro with firmware 5.05
 
Can anyone direct me to a tutorial where I can see a step by step how to connect PSVR and run the games.
