If you buy into TX there is no reason not to, if you want free option don't update if you are on 4.1.0 (for softmod).

It’s a valid point, if I had one switch and it was below 4.1.0 I wouldn’t be updating.

Im on 5.0.2 cause i accidentally updated with those annoying messages when opening a game so...

I dont mind tho. I never turn off my Switch so i think i can live with one or two boots into CFW every other day.
