And a fucking MOD already stated here a few weeks ago when this was being discussed that talking about PIRACY was and always will be allowed, just dont post links.

It's still portable and doesn't require fussing around with another device (actual "tethering" (look up the word) and launching programs).

Still relies on a middle man to boot up each time. So, semi-tethered works here.

Thinking about this, how many times do you actually shutfown or reboot your switch?

Cause for me I will be just fine with this method since I dont remember the last time I shut it off

From the Video, There seems to be a menu for you to select to boot the CFW & OFW. So if a user register the CFW to the console already, using the same dongle will still work. That's my thought process. I don't see the cfw bing installed on the dongle at all.

If what I'm reading is right, then yes. The dongle is ONLY necessary to boot the system. The license should be separate.

The license might just be included in the dongle for convenience.

That's possible, but as mentioned above it may be placed on the SD card.

Its kinda like i had already purchased the gateway for 3ds , able to load every game and cheats as well as look for them with the gateway card , when the free stuff came up i didnt bother
