I actually gave it a shot considering how wacky it looked. I must say I thoroughly enjoyed it in a stupid way. It was so bad it's good. It was just stupid fun, with really cool references, I liked it a lot. It seems you either love it or hate it.

Cowboy Bebop. I watched it as a kid, have contemplated re-watching it, but between recent chats elsewhere with anime people about it, all the time, I don't like overhype. Such a thing keeps me from re-watching it. If someone tells me to watch it, I won't, plain and simple, I'm at that point now. I'm busy watching my Power Rangers, so I can't stand being recommended anything since I'm dead set on watching that entire series. Unless it's really short, like Aggretsuko, 10 episodes, 15 minutes per episode, done in a few hours. Anything more than that, no, not anytime soon, and certainly not Bebop anytime soon.

Huh interesting, what did you not like about it so much? It certainly gets better as it goes on. I love the characters, it has a great story and also some great fights.

I got bored really fast after the fight luffy had with the main bad buy from that arc (blue shark or something?) then it all went crazy with the pacing, also not to knock the characters or anything but it's like they are all the same contained with same old powers, the same thing over and over again while you can say that to all shonen, one piece just didn't make me feel interested in the plot after all that, like bleach or FLCL did. I guess I'm really picky.

That one little comment repels me more from it, from the people I converse with, it's overhyped. I have to be far removed from any discussion of it, after I'm done watching Power Rangers, to give it a shot. Otherwise, I'll avoid it like the plague.

Anything to do with SAO and most mech animes pisses me off. Also modern pokemon anime isn't my favourite.

try the new SAO spin off, everything past the first ark of SAO is complete trash EXCEPT the spin off, its not great, but it isnt shit either

Oh, only there? I thought Volume 26 was much farther. I think it's pretty tame compared to what happens later on honestly. They get many more crew members too who are quite unique, there are insanely better fights as well. Luffy also gets "forms" which spices up his power a bit too. I'd honestly recommend trying it a bit further, at least up until Nico Robin's backstory. To each their own though.

You must watch power rangers! And fast! It is awesome, but it gets much better the faster you watch it! Not over hyped at all! Really a master piece among Tokusatsus! You won't be disappointed!

I love Dragon ball but I hate when other fans talk about it and coming up with their own head cannon not understanding anything that's going at all. Same with one punch man. They either underestimate or overestimate the characters.

It's a parody of all anime so I'm not sure if the story is supposed to be good or not but I like it. It's fun to troll Goku fan boys with OPM though.
