I am not gonna say 100% because the number of reports here is quite small compared to how many PS4 Pro are out there. But probably 99% safe if you manage to find one.

I was lucky at target they refund my money and took the ps4 pro back , you we’re also right about gamestop I went to one and they try to found a pro with a below serial number , but no luck . Any idea where I can get at least a ps4 slim with 4.55 or below ? Because in gamestop they told me that they have no bundles ps4 in any store

You can use Gamestop's website to check which store around your zipcode has those old PS4 Slim bundles in stock, like COD: Infinite Warfare or Final Fantasy XV. I bought a new Uncharted 4 Slim bundle for my friend for $308 on Amazon a month ago. It came with 3.55. But the price on Amazon has gone up to about $350 now:

Since Amazon doesn't charge tax with 3rd-party seller in most cases, this price still isn't too bad. If you use Amazon Prime, it can be shipped to you in 2 days with free shipping. But make sure to choose "New" and "Fulfillment by Amazon". With "Fulfillment by Amazon", Amazon handles the return which means you don't need to deal with 3rd-party return policy in case it's used and > 4.55.

Thanks I found out that I can get a flashed ps4 slim back home for 480 and it comes with a wifi dongle thing that makes easier tu run the back up without accessing a web host or phone app , besides I’m leaving in 2 days and if I bought one here I would have to pay 100 dollards on customs , but thanks for the tips !!

yes i can confirm it is, i saw a bundle downtown earlier, it had the logo of gran turismo i asked and saw 4.55

Picked up ps4 pro bundle from target. I saw thay lower serial number is better. Model matches the one listed in the list but serial is MC9688xxxx. Should I return?

The advised me here that below 9690 is good , also you can try it and ask for a refund i did that because i purchased a 9790 and it had 4.70 so go for it and good luck !!
