Yes you can, but you first need to use a 5.5.2 exploit, then BUY!!!!!!!! a haxchi supported DS game. Then install Haxchi.

Isnt there a way to install a VC Game over MochaCFW to the Nand (Maybe with a Ticket?)

Sure, but then you need to launch Mocha through the browser exploit every time before using Haxchi making the whole ordeal pointless. Plus if you install CBHC to a non legit DS VC you'll brick.

Haxchi should have global region patches so it should work.

before backing up my SYSNAND.
everytime I load haxchii it get stuck on a black screen which says -3, how do I overcome this problem?
